Pregnancy Specific Classes
Pregnancy is such a precious time. A brief 9 months to be cherished as you admire your body with wonderment.
Our Prenatal Yoga classes offer you the time and space to be present with this unfolding journey.
Join us as we explore physical and emotional practices that will give you the tools you need to release tension, fear and worry and prepare you for a positive birth experience. Each lesson will guide you through breathwork, postures and hypnobirthing techniques. Classes are carefully crafted to support you throughout your pregnancy, labour and early weeks of motherhood. Expect to feel empowered, rested and ready to embark on your greatest adventure yet.
These classes are suitable for all trimesters as well as students completely new to Yoga.

All equipment is provided, simply bring your water bottle.
Complete beginners and all Trimesters of Pregnancy are welcome.
Classes are taught by our experienced Prenatal Yoga teacher and māmā Miia Mikkila.
Online Prenatal Yoga
Our Prenatal Yoga Course and a series of 8 Pregnancy Meditations have been pre-recorded and are available through our Online Studio.
Our virtual class library also has a built in filter so that you can enjoy a broad selection of 'Prenatal Friendly' classes from home. Our online Studio Membership is just $35 per month and allows you to also Livestream into any of our in Studio Yoga Classes.
