Cacao & Breath Journey
Saturday 22nd November 2025
6.30pm - 8.30pm | $49
With Nadine Rogers
What happens when you give yourself two hours to simply breathe? You create space for the body to release, for emotions to move, and for the mind to quieten.
Conscious connected breathwork can take you to places the mind can’t reach. It’s a practice that allows old tension to ease, emotions to rise and release, and the body to find a deeper sense of rest. If you’ve been craving space to feel, let go, or reconnect with yourself, this is an invitation to show up exactly as you are and let the breath meet you there.
