Our studio offers a balance of slower and more dynamic practices.
Yin Yoga is a slow, mindful practice focused on seated or reclined postures. With the support of props, we hold poses for longer periods to release muscles and connective tissues, creating space for both physical and emotional ease. These classes are suitable for everyone, and injuries can always be accommodated.
Vinyasa Flow is a more fluid, breath-led practice that weaves standing postures, seated releases, and flowing sequences. You’ll gradually build strength and mobility, often moving toward a peak posture. Our All Levels classes are designed to support every student, no matter your experience with yoga.
Reformer
Reformer is a dynamic, full-body workout using a specialised Pilates machine to build strength, mobility, and core stability. The moving carriage, springs, and straps create resistance that both supports and challenges your body, making it an adaptable practice for every level. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, Reformer offers variety, progression, and a whole lot of fun in your movement.
