Breath By Breath

Starts 20th April 2026
Mondays 5.30pm-6.30pm | $150
Six Week Course with Nadine Rogers

Most of us breathe without ever really noticing. Shallow, quick, automatic. We move through our days carrying more than we realise, and the body holds all of it.

Breath by Breath is a six-week conscious breathwork course designed to be a soft space in your week. A place to slow down, drop inward, and reconnect with yourself through the most natural thing you already do.

This course isn't about big releases or dramatic transformation. It's quieter than that. It's about learning to be with your breath, to trust it, and to discover what opens up when you finally stop and listen.
